How to add a course taster to a UDOL course in T4

This how-to guide will take you through the steps to add a course tasters to a UDOL course in T4. The result will add a secondary CTA within the hero of the course and content within the how you will learn section.

Before you start

This how-to specifically covers adding a course taster to a course section in T4. To do this the following must be complete:

  • The course taster must be uploaded to T4 and live on the website
  • The course taster form must have the course, GUID and taster URL added to the 'D365 - PROD - UDOL Courses with tasters available' list in Gecko

Instructions

  1. Add a course taster content type to your course section
  2. Add the title How you will learn online
  3. Add some unique copy to the content field
  4. Save and approve. The buttons will be pulled into the relevant areas of the course content for you, with the course name automatically added to the URL, which pulls through to the form
