Editing your Staff Profile

Please note that staff profiles are primarily designed for academic staff. They are featured on the site to showcase information that may be relevant to prospective students interested in the courses/research they are connected to. In this respect, they are part of our student recruitment strategy.

To edit your staff profile you will need to log into the University website’s content management system (Terminal Four), using your University single sign-on.

*You will not be able to access this area unless a staff profile and user account has been created for you. Therefore, if you are a new starter (working as an academic at the University) please contact digitalsupport@derby.ac.uk to request that a profile be set up.

If you are a staff member who is soon to be leaving the University and wish for your profile to be removed from the website please contact digitalsupport@derby.ac.uk to request this.

We advise that when updating your staff profile to do so alongside our staff profile writing guide: It is important that this is adhered to as closely as possible so that our web content provides a good user experience for all audiences.
