How to add the UDOL register your interest form to a course in T4

This how-to guide will take you through the process of adding the UDOL register your interest form to a course in T4. The form is used for new courses in development and automatically pulls in the course name to a hidden field. The end result of following the steps will output the form on the page and overwrite with primary call to action with a register your interest CTA.

Instructions

  1. Build your course as you normally would adding a course entry and section config content type and adding content to a Course description sub section. 
  2. Mirror the register your interest form to your course section. The form is called Form embed - register your interest and is located in the UDOL content area Home » www.derby.ac.uk » Work in Progress » UDOL content » Forms 
  3. Add your CTA - add a sub section to your course called CTA unticking the Show in navigation option. To this add a Hero CTA content type, using the internal link option to add a content link to the form you mirrored into your course in the previous step.


You may wish to add a Register your interest CTA at the end of your course description content as well
