How to add items into the media library's global bin

This article will explain how to move items in the media library into the global bin.

Instructions

  1. You can find the media library in the top left-hand navigation bar in T4. Click on the ‘Content’ tab, it is the fifth section down.

  2. Once you have found the image you want to remove (make sure its status is inactive first if it isn’t you can do this by clicking on the Actions button and then clicking delete) tick the box on the right-hand side, next to the Actions button.

  3. Click the Actions button and then click ‘Move.'

     

  4. After clicking this you will be directed back into the central media library area. Find the ‘Global bin’ section and tick the box on the right-hand side.

    5. Find the section that the item was originally placed in and untick this box.


    6. Click the Save button at the bottom of the list
