How to add the Widening Access booking form to an event

This article will show you how to add the Widening Access booking form and any CTAs to an event in T4. Before starting this check the rest of content for your event is ready to go.

1. Mirror the Form embed content from this section into your event section

2. Duplicate the Hero CTA content from this section to the CTA sub section of your event

3. Update the Hero CTA content you just duplicated to:

   1. Replace the placeholder in the name of the content with the name of your event

   2. Add a content link to the Form embed in your event section

4. Add any extra CTAs to your page content. To add a CTA within a text block:

   1. Type Book your place

   2. Add a content link to the text to the Form embed in your event section

   3. Add a space before your link

   4. Add the button-outline format

   5. Remove the space before your link

5. Check your content works by previewing the page and testing your CTAs.
